Write a short surface list
Separate walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and outdoor areas. Say which spaces are priorities and which are optional. Rough measurements are helpful for planning, but they are not a substitute for confirming the final scope.
Share useful photographs
Show the whole area and close-ups of damage or unusual details. Describe the issue in your own words. If you know the previous paint or stain, include the label or product information.
Explain the timing
Share your preferred date and any fixed event, move-in, or operating constraints. Availability, price, and duration must be confirmed with Lydonath; using the estimate message form does not reserve a date.
Compare what is actually included
Ask about preparation, materials, coats, protection, access, cleanup, and exclusions. Compare written scopes rather than totals alone. Keep product and color selections together so changes can be discussed clearly.
